Coconut with a unique and decisive flavor of exotic taste, with a charge of energy and vitality , has a firm and crunchy pulp, surrounded by a woody protective film rich in fiber.

Contains a high percentage of water, roughly 50%, whilst the rest is largely composed of saturated fats (33.5%), but of a beneficial type. There are 15% carbohydrates , 9% fiber, 6.2% sugars, 3.3% proteins. Noteworthy is the percentage of minerals contained in the coconut, in particular potassium (for 100g , 356 mg), magnesium (32 mg), phosphorus (113 mg), calcium (14 mg) and iron (2.4 mg). Particularly rich in B vitamins and small amounts of C (3.3 mg) and E (0.24 mg). The calorie intake is quite high for a fruit, roughly 350 calories per 100g.
