Details

After having been selected, blown, washed, stalk removed, inspected and dried, deprived of leaves and any other foreign matter that may be present, the fruits are then subjected to a further selection process and then frozen.
This allows the product to retain its essential characteristics in terms of taste, smell and consistency.
